Emilie B. Kokmanian
Founder of Kokmanian Law CorporationEmilie B. Kokmanian is the founder of Kokmanian Law Corporation, where she specializes in securities class actions on behalf of individual and institutional shareholders.
Prior to founding Kokmanian Law Corporation, Mrs Kokmanian litigated securities class actions in Québec and New York where she represented aggrieved shareholders. She worked on several high-profile cases pertaining to corporate fraud in the securities markets. Mrs Kokmanian also practiced in civil and commercial litigation.
Mrs Kokmanian has lectured at several conferences. Her publications include “Investigations in Securities Litigation in the U.S.: A Deep Dive Into the Role and Impact of Confidential Witnesses” and “The Realities of ‘Reliance’: Understanding Its Role in U.S. and Canadian Securities Class Actions.”
